Vann Duke is a master fitness trainer and coach with 20 years in the fitness industry. He is the founder of Second Half Fitness, an organization that specializes in online fitness and wellness services exclusively for adults 50+. His unique approach to exercise and aging embraces sustainability and the belief that youthfulness can be experienced life-long.
In this conversation, Vann describes his philosophy of training. His holistic approach includes movement, nutritional coaching and a focus on mindfulness. He has worked with some of Hollywood’s top actors and he specializes on working with aging clients, in their “second half of life.” He believes that we are fully capable of maintaining a high level of wellness into our later years. Vann is about to move to France where he will be opening a wellness center that will be based upon his approach to fitness, including healthy outdoor exercise, delicious and nutritious food and inner mental work.
